Mommy's Don't Get SICK!

I've decided that Mommy's should never get sick! This was my first time being sick with a little one and it was HORRIBLE! I missed kissing and snuggling him SOOO bad that I cried! Bryan was so helpful but completely exhausted after taking care of two babies all day :) Thank God for my husband! Jay is up on all fours and rocking back and forth but not quite getting anywhere...he is very frustrated with that! He also has been teething for the past 3-4 days all through his parent's sickness and officially has a tooth in!

Ok ok...time flies when your having fun! I'm definitely going to start blogging more so I can remember the sweet/aggravating things Jay does on a weekly basis...

So far:

*He can roll over...and over and over

*He can eat his feet

*He can sit supported

*He is ticklish EVERYWHERE

*He's personality is me...he is hyper and a social butterfly as long as someone is paying him attention he is A.OK.

*He likes playing in his exersaucer

*He is eating 7-8 times a day which makes a TIRED Momma BUT he starts real food in a month!

*And he is sleeping AT LEAST 8 hours at one time a night!

Bryan snapped this after church on my Iphone...as you can see I can only fit my feet into 2 pairs of yellow box flip flops...so I work with them :) I received my first Mother's Day cards from Bryan and his parents and a flower from church and I also got a couple of birthday cards and a portable hammock from Bry for my birthday! All in all...a VERY GOOD DAY! And the best part of that weekend was that Saturday my brother, his wife, and River came by to spend the afternoon with me! She is such a cute munchkin...I couldn't get a GREAT picture of her because my wonderful husband likes our house to look like a cave inside! But this is one I'll share:

I had to share some cute 4D pictures that were made yesterday, I have to say he looks just like his daddy! Today I am officially 30 weeks and 2 days so getting closer and I'm super excited to have my first shower at church this Sunday! Can't wait to see what cute things Baby Jay gets!

Well I went to my second prenatal appointment the Monday after Thanksgiving and he looked at my ultrasound from the first appointment and said I was measuring 7 days earlier so he changed my due date to June 14th instead of the June 7th. I think that can change throughout the pregnancy and I'm just hoping Baby Cox will just come when he/she's ready! And by the way I'll be out of my first trimester this Tuesday...thank goodness!

We are going to a place in Pensacola around 15-16weeks to see if we can get a sneak peek on the gender of the baby. It will be me and Bry's little Christmas gift to eachother, so here's to hoping they the baby cooperates...please pray he/she does!

I'll try to blog more often from now on so keep popping in!

This picture needs an explanation....this picture was technically taken "illegally" b/c I tried to take it during the day and a security guard reprimanded me and my mother-in-law that we were not allowed to take pictures in the mall....ugh! So when no one was looking I made Bry take a picture that is why I'm looking a little shy b/c Bry said he wasn't going to jail so I could take a picture with a Britney Spears poster HA!

Sorry this post is a little late but about 3 weeks ago I spent 5 beautiful HOT days in Boston, MA. I went with Bryan and his parents...up to Boston for a work trip (Beth and Dustin also met us up there for a day or two). It was very different and I definitley decided that I would NEVER live there, but it was a GREAT experience!!! And I also remembered how much I HATE flying during this trip also, that is just something I will never get used to! We were also lucky enough to catch the Red Sox/Yankees baseball game while we were there! The whole time I was just looking for Kate Hudson...I was determined I was going to meet a celebrity during the whole trip. When I got home and checked People.com I missed seeing all of them by a couple of hours....

We went to Ft. Walton to celebrate our anniversary this past weekend. We left Thursday and my good friends joined us Friday night and stayed to rest of the weekend. We had a blast!!!

I can't believe I've already been married for 2 whole years....! I just wanted to take a moment and recognize my husband. Thank you for making my life so special by being with me! I love you HoneyBun! Happy Anniversary!!!

we had a nice little Saturday. I took pictures of my new car which is my first new car EVER! So excited and that morning we decided it would be fun to take Belle down to the pond with us while Bryan cut some grass. Well the only problem is Decoy was down there and they haven't seen eachother in quite a while so needless to say they were wild and inseparable. They even managed to completely knock me off of my feet as they ran together around the pond (they don't pay attention to us they just play). Anyways some pictures...

Me and my best friend Taylor always said if Britney Spears had a concert near us we would go. Well she had a concert in Atlanta this past week so we decided now is the time! We followed the "rules" and did not bring our camera into the arena so the pictures you see are on Taylor's Blackberry (the zoom was messed up and it made us look like we were very far away from the stage...but honestly we were close). We actually SAW Britney Spears. It was awesome! We also went to the Georgia Aquarium which I will post pictures of later b/c we took most of our pictures on Taylor's camera!

I MISS COLLEGE! I know it was a rough 4 years at Troy, but I just have been overwhelemed lately of how much I miss Troy and my best friend Taylor. I don't miss having to just see Bryan on the weekends and the long trips to Auburn...but I miss staying up late watching tv shows, staying up late in general ( I go to bed at like 9:00 now), going to Sonic to get our buy one get one free sandwichs, playing SORRY (the board game) at night, fights with Taylor's boyfriend Brandon, sitting out on our patio in the breezeway, being scared to death by a foreign man with a gun shooting squirrels outside our window (it ended up being a pelat gun),....I could go on forever. All in all I had a great part-time job and I worked my tail off to get through College and at the time I just wanted to marry Bryan and get into the real world. I love where I am right now (married, dog, house, great job) don't get me wrong...but sometimes I just miss it! Hope someone feels the same way!

Don't use your Debit Card Online...

Well the reason I have a new blog all results from Sunday finding out that our debit card number was stolen from the internet and used to purchase many rather humorous things. When we received an overdraft for our checking account (we knew that couldn't be right) we tried for about an hour to get a Regions sales associate on the phone ( i was in tears, Bryan was getting aggravated at me). To say the least when we did get in touch with a person (Linda from somewhere) Bryan said "Praise the Lord Linda thank you for picking up!". I had to take off work Monday to be able to go and report everything and fill out a police report. The stupid criminal keeps sending items that he/she purchased to our address so we've had to pay to return all the items. All in all, the thief didn't spend that much money...it is just a hassle and a little scarey!!! Anyway we changed all of our passwords and I also had about 3 email accounts other than my work email so I got rid of those and got a gmail account, which resulted in my blog getting deleted. I didn't know that both Myspace www.myspace.com/adrabadra and Blogger http://adrienne-thecoxfamily.blogspot.com needed to send a confirmation to my old email addresses (which I deleted) so I had to delete that too. Let's just say yesterday was not a GREAT day. Anyway all is well and I will get over it. I just wanted to CAUTION everyone!!! I'll work on getting everything fixed. What an ordeal! Thank you GOD for bringing us through this....it could have been a lot worse!
